I'll just start by saying YUM. These peanut butter blondies are easy, healthy and delicious. On Sunday after a weekend full of yoga (read my yoga workshop recap here), I was craving a dessert so I perused my parents' pantry and decided to look on the web for some inspiration. I knew I wanted to make something with peanut butter and chocolate (when in Hershey, right?) but on the lighter side. I was inspired by Ambitious Kitchen's paleo cookies and used her recipe as a base. The blondies turned ... View the Post
Healthy Blueberry Banana Muffins
Two posts in one week! I've had a realization that I was holding back on blog posts because I was putting pressure on myself to only write about yoga topics. And if it wasn't about yoga, then it should be something really profound. But the truth is, there's a lot more to my life than yoga (thank goodness!). I hope to start sharing more frequently about all different things -- thoughts, things that help me or that I enjoy, and of course, yoga! As I explained in yesterday's post, I love reading, ... 10 Books You Should Read
I've loved reading since I was little and I would tear through Magic Tree House books in one sitting. Does anyone else remember those?! So good. Let's all take a moment to laugh together. My fellow twenty-somethings, I'm sure you understand. But in all honesty, my mom had two kids, a house and a husband by the time she was 25, and as a naive teen, I expected to be in the same boat. I looked at my parents like they were "real" adults and ... View the Post
Five Things I’m Loving Right Now
It's been a few months since I've shared a "Five Things I'm Loving Right Now" post, so I figured it was time for an update! If you missed the last one, you can catch up here. It's been a crazy busy week at work and I've felt like I have a million things to do before I head out on vacation on Saturday. My cousin is getting married in Ireland next week so I'm preparing (read: struggling to fit all my clothes in a carry-on) to head out! Tyler and I are leaving for Scotland on Saturday night to ...
