Last week I traveled to Providence, R.I. for a work trip. Sometimes when I travel, especially if it's not for vacation, I can get anxious about being away from my normal routine (Type A problems). I've been trying to show myself more grace -- less stressing, being more go with the flow and enjoying new experiences instead of worrying about not being able to make it to my normal yoga classes or cook my own food. I know it sounds silly but my stomach is very sensitive to what I eat so knowing that ... View the Post

Meal Prep: Week of October 16, 2017. Sharing this week's meal prep haul including lots of veggies, egg white muffins and more! Sunday was one of my laziest days in a long time. How to Meal Prep for a Busy Schedule Every Sunday morning, I wake up and feel very excited. Why, you ask? Sunday is my day for grocery shopping and meal prep...and I love it. Am I the only weirdo who loves perusing the aisles of the grocery store or the stands at the farmers market? I find it so peaceful to have some quiet time to myself to explore all the fresh goodies and find new things to cook with each week. I like to take my time and stroll leisurely, scoping out the best deals and the ... View the Post
