Hello and happy Tuesday! I had a fun and busy weekend celebrating a wedding and Mother’s Day. It was so nice to relax on A rainy Sunday and enjoy time with my family. This week already seems to be flying by with work and appointments.
There are a few new (to me) things I’ve discovered the past few weeks that I am loving so I thought it would be the perfect time for a new Five Things I’m Loving Right Now post.
1. Golden Elixir
This face/body oil has turned into my new favorite nightly moisturizer. The key ingredients is sancha inchi oil, which helps regulate oil production and hydrates skin. This oil goes on so smoothly, my skin loves it. If you struggle with inflammation or hyperpigmentation, this is a great, clean product to try!
2. Start Today Journal
This quick daily journaling practice has set such a positive tone for me everyday. I have noticed a positive shift in my mood and focus since I started doing it. I love starting my morning with gratitude and manifestation. I wrote a whole post on why I love it and how to do it here.
3. The Call to Courage
Netflix and Brene Brown — talk about a dream come true! Brene Brown has become extreme well-known through her amazing research and books on shame and vulnerability. She’s even been featured on Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday! Netflix has released a new special with Brene called The Call to Courage and you need to watch it! It’s so inspiring and heartfelt, I’m going to watch it again and take notes.

4. Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant
Many folks I know are reluctant to switch to a non-toxic deodorant because they’ve tried some that haven’t worked. I totally get it — I had the same issue and kept going back to drugstore options because I didn’t want to smell (duh). I didn’t find a natural option that worked until I discovered Schmidt’s. The ingredients are clean and it works just as well as drugstore deodorant. I will never go back…and in full transparency I can’t because the brands that aren’t natural burn my under arms now if I use it haha. The lavender and sage scent is my favorite.
5. Meditation Coloring Book
My mom got this for me and it was such a thoughtful gift. My anxious mind combined with my Type A personality can make it hard for me to wind down and relax. I love this meditation coloring book because it’s a calming and creative activity that requires me to just be still and focus on the one thing in front of me. It may sound silly because we have to relearn how to do something that comes so naturally to us as children. If you’re looking for a way to decompress, be fully present and get a little creative, I highly recommend this!
