Happy Friday! This week, it's just been Spike and I holding down the fort. My family is on vacation in Italy and while I wish I was there, don't feel too bad for me because I went on vacation to Hawaii in May :) I went to Italy with my family two years ago and it was a total dream! A Week by the Water — Workouts + Meals
Happy Friday! This has been such a relaxing week for me. I spent this week with my mom at my family's place in the northeast. My grandmom visited us one night and we had so much fun -- seeing her makes my heart so happy. It's extremely quiet here during the week and I've felt such a sense of peace being here.
