Since I got a new job about two months ago, I've been wanting to write a post about the changes that have unfolded in my life. Why I Recommend Intuitive Exercise
When I first started going to the gym in college, there was nothing intuitive about my exercise. I was used to moving my body at cheerleading practice and dance class, which were two things I loved.
