I am excited to share that after many technical difficulties (re: all my videos disappearing) I have a new yoga flow posted on YouTube. This is a feel good flow that will open your shoulders and chest
If you sit at a desk all day like me, you may hold a lot of tension in your shoulders from typing all day. I store so much tension in my shoulders and find that a lot of my students do as well. When I cue “release your shoulders away from your ears” everyone’s shoulders drop an inch, every time! It’s crazy.
Shoulder opening is extremely beneficial because it improves your posture and creates flexibility in the upper body. If you enjoy lifting, this is a great flow for you to increase flexibility and range of motion. This flow is accessible for all levels and can be done in less than 30 minutes.
